One of my works was recently featured in the Friday, November 15 NWA Time's WHAT'S UP section promoting the Saturday, December 7, 10-4 Community Creative Center's 6th annual HOLIDAY BAZAAR. I'll have original art, prints, and books available for purchase at the bazaar as well as original narrative illustration work. Thanks to the newspaper staff for featuring my 14x10.5 acrylic entitled Continuance. I sure appreciate it.
This 14x10.5 acrylic on masonite is entitled Continuance and and is a result of exploring insect forms, primarily butterflies and moths in the local university's entomology department which yielded some interesting results. The patterns, color, and symmetry found in many insects fascinate me.
