I’ve always been fascinated by Sarah Winchester and her labyrinthine, 161 room, house in San Jose, CA. I’ve spent time there and conducted research. The legends we’ve been told are not nearly as interesting as the true story of this compelling woman and her sprawling, maze like estate.

CRYSTAL SKULLS
Here is a piece I drew and painted inspired by a trip to Mexico. Crystal Skulls have always been shrouded in mystery and controversy. They are generally thought to be of pre-Columbian, Aztec or Mayan origin. However, it appears none of the skulls in museum collections come from documented excavations and have been created using tools developed in the 19th century.
