FIRST ANNUAL FAYETTEVILLE CITY HALL GROUP EXHIBITION

I'm honored to share that my piece Fragments will be included in the inaugural City Hall Art Exhibition in Fayetteville, showcasing work by artists from across Arkansas. This year-long exhibition celebrates the creativity and diversity of Arkansas-connected artists, featuring a wide range of styles, media, and subject matter.

This is a detail from my work Fragments featured in the exhibition.

Special thanks to Joanna Bell, Arts and Culture Director, for making this exhibition possible.

ARTS ON MAIN SOLO EXHIBITION

This immersive show brings to life over a decade of Sean Fitzgibbon’s research and painting, uncovering the chilling true story of Norman Baker, a flamboyant conman who transformed the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs into a sham “hospital” during the late 1930s. Based on Fitzgibbon’s acclaimed graphic nonfiction book, the exhibition weaves art and history into a powerful, atmospheric experience.

Opening Reception: July 25, 6–8 PM Exhibition Dates: July 19 – September 27 Location: Arts On Main, 415 Main Street, Van Buren, AR

Step into a world where true crime, folklore, and regional history collide, told through vivid, narrative artwork you won’t soon forget.

BOOK RECOMMENDATION: "THE CLUB" BY JENNIFER DASAL

Don’t miss The Club by my friend Jennifer Dasal, an inspiring, long-overdue look at a remarkable but overlooked chapter in art history. I had the privilege of reading an advance copy, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s now available!

Between 1893 and 1914, a private home in Paris became a rare haven for American women artists, offering space to live, work, and grow at a time when opportunities for women were scarce.

Art historian and ArtCurious podcast host Jennifer Dasal brings their stories to life with vivid detail and insight, revealing how this unique residency helped shape both their careers and the future of American art.

If you care about untold stories and underrepresented voices in art, The Club is a must-read.
