ARTS ON MAIN SOLO EXHIBITION

Based on Fitzgibbon’s acclaimed graphic nonfiction book, the exhibition weaves art and history into a powerful, atmospheric experience.

BOOK RECOMMENDATION: THE CLUB BY JENNIFER DASAL
This month’s recommended read is The Club by Jennifer Dasal, an inspiring, long-overdue account of a remarkable yet overlooked chapter in art history. I had the privilege of reading an advance copy, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Between 1893 and 1914, a private residence in Paris quietly became a hub for American women artists. At a time when access to formal training and recognition was limited for women, this artist-run residency offered a rare and transformative opportunity to live, work, and grow in one of the world's art capitals.
Art historian and ArtCurious podcast host Jennifer Dasal brings these stories to life with vivid detail and thoughtful insight. The Club uncovers the lives, struggles, and achievements of these pioneering women, showing how their time in Paris shaped not only their careers but also the evolution of American art.
If you're passionate about underrepresented voices in art and history, this book is a must-read.
The Club will be available July 15 wherever books are sold. Preorder you copy today!
