PITTSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY EXHIBITION
Join the Pittsburg State University Department of Art for What Follows Is True: Crescent Hotel, an exhibition featuring the work of artist and author Sean Fitzgibbon.
Fitzgibbon’s visual storytelling explores the space where fact and folklore, science and superstition, and memory and myth intersect. The exhibition focuses on the history of Eureka Springs’ Crescent Hotel and its transformation into the Depression-era Baker Hospital.
His fully painted, 240-page graphic nonfiction book, What Follows Is True: Crescent Hotel, received a Kirkus Starred Review and was supported by a Mid-America Arts Alliance Artists 360 Grant and an Arkansas Arts Council Individual Artist Fellowship.

Opening Reception: Wednesday, October 7 at 5:00 PM

Join me for the first annual Horrorfest, hosted by Underbrush Books on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Downtown Rogers, Arkansas! I’ll be there selling and signing books and discussing my upcoming books!

ARKANSAS PARANORMAL EXPO
Join me at the Arkansas Paranormal Expo October 24th and 25th in Little Rock. This event has grown to be the largest and most popular event of its kind in Arkansas. I'll be selling and signing books as well as original works and prints.
This year I'll be joined by Dr. Paige Ford and we'll be at our booth discussing our upcoming graphic nonfiction book and second installment in the What Follows is True series entitled What Follows is True: Plum Bayou Mounds.
